TACCOM Load Assist is an affordable answer to having the lifter of your shotgun welded up. The Load Assist is .030 thick and helps bridge that gap between the end of the shell lifter and the opening to the magazine tube…..the result is a smooth transition, meaning your shells will not stick or stop; rather slide right into your magazine tube. The key word here is “smooth” and we all know that smooth in the 3 gun game translates to FAST!
Assembly is easy. Clean your lifter, peel off the protective tape (exposing the adhesive, align and stick the Load assit on to your lift. That’s it……and the bond is super strong. It’s not going to come off unless you WANT it to come off.
NOTE: IF YOU USE A LIFTER THAT HAS BEEN WELDED OR OTHERWISE MODIFIED, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THE USE OF OUR LOAD ASSIST.

I got it for use on my Benelli M2 last October. Almost a year later, it has been 100% reliable at the monthly matches I attend with zero issues. If you don’t want to get a welded lifter, this is the best alternative in my opinion.

Works well! Used for my first 3 gun event and it was fine. Had to cut it to work on my JMpro but that was no big deal. My only worry is the double sided tape but at $10 I can replace it when I need too. The value here makeshifts it 4 stars! Great product.

It is a good idea, and it seems like other people have made it work. I degreased my lifter with brake cleaner and wiped it down with the included alcohol wipe. After allowing the alcohol to flash off I installed the product and applied a lot of force (I could feel the lifter flexing) to set the adhesive. I leaned it against the wall and the load assist fell off. I put it on again and held it a little longer. It is not falling off under it’s own weight now, but it will still squirm side to side with very slight pressure. There is no way its going to stay on during a match.

Hi there, sorry you had this issue. First of all, brake cleaner has oil in it and leaves a residue if not wiped down with a cloth… Even with applying the included alcohol prep pad after using the brake cleaner, yes it would fall off. This is the same adhesive that GoPro uses. If you have any questions, please email us or give us a call so we can help!
