ORDER PROCESSING AND PAYMENT: All orders will be processed on a chronological basis dependent on order date. Your card will be charged once we have determined that we have your items in stock and can proceed with the build and/or shipping process.

UPS SHIPPING SERVICES: “UPS Ground” always ships out next business day. If you choose “UPS 2 Day” and “UPS Next Day Air” services after cut off time (12:00pm CST) on a Friday, it will ship out next business day (Monday). All UPS services provided may not ship to a PO BOX and will instead ship out priority mail. ANY packages shipping out to HI, AK, and MT will only ship USPS.

ITEMS WITH SHIP DATES: Any items ordered with items that have a ship date will ship out all at once on anticipated ship date.

PRICES: All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice as our suppliers’ costs may change.

DAMAGED PACKAGES: Hold damaged packages and all their contents including shipping materials. Please call or email us within 5 business days of the delivery so that we can initiate the freight claim process and discuss replacements.

RETURNS: Before returning any item to TACCOM, you must call us (not email) for a return authorization. We will accept returns provided they are returned to us within thirty (30) days from receiving them. Returns must be in new, unaltered condition and in factory packaging where applicable and must include a copy of your sales receipt or invoice. When items are received back, we will credit your original method of payment based on the value of the items received back less the original shipping cost. When returning items back to us, please pack them properly for shipping and insure the package for the value of the return shipment. We cannot credit you for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. Do not ship returns back COD.

CUSTOMER INITIATED CANCELLED ORDERS: If you’ve placed an order, once the card has been processed, TACCOM has been charged a fee for that order. Cancel orders will incur a 5% processing fee.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE: If you received incorrect or defective merchandise, please contact us to discuss the problem, and we will issue USPS postage for the merchandise or make up the shipping in another way. We will reship any replacement items at our expense or refund you in full for incorrect or defective merchandise you have received. If something is not what you expected, let us know and we’ll do everything possible to satisfy you. Please include a copy of your sales receipt. Do not send returns back COD.
